Delete your GhostPreppr account
App Store and Google Play require a clear, easy way to request account deletion. Here's how.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the GhostPreppr app on iOS or Android.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account will be queued for deletion within 24 hours.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email from your account email address to:
Subject line: Delete My Account
We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, addresses, dietary preferences).
- Saved payment methods (we don't store card numbers, but tokenized references via Stripe are removed).
- Push notification tokens.
- Reviews and ratings you've written.
What we have to keep (and why)
- Order records — kept for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting laws. These are de-identified where possible (e.g., name removed, but order amounts and dates retained).
- Fraud and security logs — limited records may be retained to prevent fraud and abuse, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage metrics may be retained indefinitely.
Before you delete
- You will lose access to your order history and any account credits or promo balances.
- If you have an active order, please complete pickup or contact support first.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You can always create a new account later, but past data will not be restored.
