Common questions
Orders & pickup
Where is my order? Order status updates appear in the app under My Orders. You'll get a push notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with the prepper's address and pickup window.
I missed my pickup window — can I still get my food? Contact the prepper directly if their phone number is in the order, or email us. Pickup outside the window is at the prepper's discretion.
The order was wrong / something was missing. Email support@ghostpreppr.com within 24 hours with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll work with you and the prepper to make it right.
Payments & refunds
Was I charged correctly? Charges appear on your statement as GHOSTPREPPR via Stripe. The full breakdown (items, taxes, fees) is in My Orders in the app.
I need a refund. If a meal was defective or undelivered, email support with your order number. Approved refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
My promo code didn't work. Promo codes have rules (minimum order, expiration, eligible meals). The app will tell you why a code can't be applied. If you think it's a bug, email us.
Account
I can't sign in. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If your email isn't recognized, you may have signed up with a different address — email support and we can help you find your account.
How do I update my email or phone? In the app, go to Profile → Edit Profile.
How do I delete my account? See Delete Account.
Allergens & food safety
How do I check for allergens? Allergen and dietary tags appear on each meal listing, but kitchens may process common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, contact the prepper directly to confirm before ordering.
I have a food-safety concern. Email support@ghostpreppr.com immediately with your order number, prepper name, and a description. We take this seriously and may pause the prepper's listings while we investigate.
For preppers
I want to sell on GhostPreppr. Email hello@ghostpreppr.com with your kitchen license details and a few photos of your work. We onboard new preppers weekly.
